1- Figo isn't in Real Madrid 2000-05 team, even though he played there in each of those seasons.
2- Zidane almost always wore red & black predator boots, except for WC 2006 where he wore a special gold edition. The boots #90 or a similar model would work great
3- This one is a bit arbitrary, but I think shirt #7 in Man United 2000-05 should go to Beckham, not Ronaldo. They weren't there at the same time, but Beckham was the original owner. Ronaldo could wear #17 which is free and was his number in Portugal NT at the time
4- Barcelona wore this away shirt in 95-97:
But there are two versions in the game!
One as an alternate kit for 1990-95 team:
And one as away shirt for 1997:
I think the first one needs to go

I noticed some minor problems too :
In World Cup 1986, Papin is too good (90), I think at this time he was only between 82 and 85. Platini used to have his shirt always on top of his short.

As it's been explained before, with a few exceptions, there's only one version of every player and their skills are for their entire career. (and sadly it applies to hairstyles too! I'd love to see Beckham's samurai haircut or Seedorf's long braid, but it's not feasible)
Oh, I just remembered another thing! I hope your World Cup 2010 kits contain Spain away shirt with white shorts and socks, which they wore vs Chile, because it's not in the original patch

You can assign a different face for a player in different teams, Henrik Larsson has this in the patch, per example with a long and short-haired version.

yes If you check lus files, master scouser were able to assign different faces for a single player in a different team same happen with boots

Different haircut are possible but we have few time, so if anyone want to help us with different hairstyles for some players are welcome! We are very busy in the develop of the patch.
IMPORTANT: if someone is interested on making different hairstyles please consider to make in only NATIONAL VERSION, just because we are working on re-merge the two database and we use the IDs of NT version.
Probably tomorrow I will upload other pics.
