Do I need this if I use Megafacepack?

I install through the frost style of the manager, but tattoos do not appear in the game, why?

Megafacepack, yes.
Tattoos, no. Tattoos require a modified squad file.

My native display is 4k and they look fine, I'm not sure what would cause that error

Definitely, I've been experimenting with his hair for a while.
Converting his PES 2018 texture should be straightforward.

Hopefully this will help you update its look

I incorporated the texture into one of the releases. I still have that version if you're interested though, pm me.
