Is there any updates released for the squad files or database with last transfers?

Is the game suppose to start in th 18/19 season? And if so can you start adding the kits and transfer for the 18/19 season in the next update as well as some younger Brazilian talents from the u17 team like Paulinho, Alan, Vitinho, Wesley, Brazao, etc. with their minifaces?

@NaFeR I started a CM in the Greek League, and apparently if you finish in the 4th or 5th position, you don't qualify anywhere. In real life, in these two positions you qualify for the Europa League second qualifying round and I know that this round does not exist in FIFA but I was disappointed cause I thought that I made it to Europa League. They are distinguished from the rest of the table so I thought that you achieve something by finishing in either one.
It sounds like you're asking him to consider introducing an element into career mode that even doesn't exist in the game EA created. Adding players and teams and kits is one thing, but what you're asking is for a complete re-write of the game code structure. It's like asking him change the animations or the ball physics.
If he is asking to add another stage to the tournament it can be done but you will have to rework the tournament after adding the stage in.
Yes, I see in the writeup that Nafer added other missing group stages. So carry on.

Ok, because I played in Old Trafford and only saw one new adboard for adidas. Otherwise, they were all the ones from the original game. Ok, so then that is something you are aware of already. Ok, good

They are the Legends, Pele, Maradona, etc.

I'm not asking him to add something that doesn't exist in the game, I was just wondering why these positions are marked when they don't serve a purpose. I'm grateful towards his work and everyone who helped him that I can play CM in the Greek League, I was just confused at first as to why it is like that. If it's possible to add another stage though, I wouldn't mind it at all.

You can do it, find the compobj entry for the Champions League, trophyname_abbr15_223 and at the end of the entry change the 70 to 286.
Now you can play the Champions League in Tournament Mode, the tournament will be located in Austria and it will cause Career Mode to crash.

Not yet, we are working on the next version of FIP18 which will include Chinese Super League and Romanian Liga I. Then, we will start to work on a roster update.

No, this is not a 2018/19 season update. As I said before, we will start to work on it after the FIP18 V4. About new players, I will try to add them, but it's not possible to add new minifaces to the game.

Do you want to add new teams or new tournaments?
It's possible, but a separated version will be needed since if you assign those competitions to Tournament Mode, Career Mode will not be available.
Sorry for the incovenience. I think that I've assigned the UCL and UEL spots correctly, but it's possible that I've made a mistake, because I've had to edit the compdata files manually since CGFE doesn't allow to edit the compdata without destroying those files. I will check if everything is correct in the compdata.

Thank you! The "icons" squads file contains all the FUT Icons (Classic XI) players in Free Agents for Career Mode. If you don't want to play with Icons in CM, just don't load those squads.

I will check that. Patches and Player Career Mode don't work well together, but I'll see if it's possible to fix that issue.

From my limited knowledge of CGFS that's not true. You can modify the database to add tournaments and edit/add/remove rounds. ie CONCACAF Champions League and Club World Cup.
EDIT: and what he was asking for is definitely something that was either an oversight or is bugged. Setting up qualify slots by nation is part of creating the tournaments themselves.

I would be focused on adding new teams mainly, if a new tournament is possible to add (only in tournament mode) that would be great. And if I could make sure that the new teams' players don't show up in career mode it would be even better, so I shouldn't install or uninstall the mod everytime i wanna play for myself or stream the tournament

@NaFer muchisimas gracias por el mod, me encanta y todo funciona perfectamente. Que bueno que va a estar la v4 con dos nuevas ligas, no reemplazan a ninguna otra no? Espectacular seguir sumando ligas, espero que lo sigan actualizando despues de que salga FIFA 19, porque pienso seguir dandole a este FIFA18 con el FIP!!
