Where's Indoor Stadium???

One of my favorite match ups against my son was in the Indoor Stadium. It appears that EA did away with it in '99! Is that true, is there a patch or Indoor Stadium to download, or am I just S.O.L.?? Grrrrrrrr!

There is a download called "indoor-patch" at FIFA99.net but it only edits the turf. But you can try out the "INVISIBLE WALLS"-cheat (I'm not quite sure whether it's in FIFA98, 99 or only WC98) which will make a kind of very large indoor-arena. But the best thing will be to wait for FIFA2K.
