Crash On Pre Seasons

Hi everybody,
Just done my compdata editing and made sure that schedule.txt has less than 7000 lines. However the game crashes when I just to participate in a preseason tournament. I had this prob earlier this summer, bangus told me to try with the career revolution mod so if I can remove preseason tournaments but I didnt find in cmsetting the correct string. Any one has an idea about the reason its crashing?

This happened to me after adding a new country. I solved it by editing
FIFA 16\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\preseasontours.csv

normally crash in match preseason in first year is problem compdata or db team
for crash season 2 or ..........
for other season is a possibillity,and i m tested it
If there are too many new teams the game has a hard time replenishing the other teams.

Also be careful for calendar cups, every three or four years the calendar changes a lot, if you have to add rounds to the cup in July, the cup can disappear every four or three years
in midle August no problem for add round europeen cup

I think that's what making my game crash. I have added two countries here, and Career Mode is the only part that crashes out into the desktop (well, that and Women's World Cup because now I have 16 teams), unless I choose to skip the pre-season tournaments (Player Career just crashes right away, because the pre-season tournaments are unskippable in it).
How do you edit that file? What do you have to write into it or delete from it?

EDIT: Looking through my files and I can't find that specific file. There's the following:
*compdata (folder)
*cmsettings.ini
*euroseededteams.csv
*internationals.txt
*internationals.txt.bak

But preseason.csv I couldn't find. Where can I find it?

Have a quick look at this one (or try using it).
Remove the .txt extension.

No, I mean, really, you need to guide me instead of being all cryptic and "one-liner-y"; I have no idea what the data on the table is supposed to mean, and so I'm not sure how exactly the file you put up is different from the original, and how I should edit it to fill my necessities. Looking up on Google is pointless because it won't give me the answer I want, and the closest thing I get is this very thread.

Also, what does "all lines with one line" mean? Are there any lines with more than one line? I mean, isn't that contradictory or something?

Ok here is a simple guide that you can follow:

Download the file above and then place it in your FIFA 16 folder (to the specific path below).

FIFA 16\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\preseasontours.csv

Regenerate your files using a 3rd party software (ex: i68 Controller or FHL-BH-Editor)

Run the game and test it out.

OK, I'm sorry too if I came off as pushy.
Anyway, got the file and Career Mode now works, I just can't accept to play Preseason Tournaments or the game crashes (because of that, I can't start a Player Career, as Preseason is unskippable in it). So I just needed to add the file to the folder as-is? Don't I need to modify anything else according to the countries (i.e. leagues) that I'm using?

Yes you can try and use it as-is (don't forget to re-generate as I mentioned earlier).

It works for me in regular Manager Career Mode, but I haven't tried it in Player Career since I don't play that mode.

Yeah, well. Does your game crash if you choose to play in Preseason or not?

Well I sometimes I play it and sometimes I skip it. It depends on my current squad and/or my budget.
I haven't had any problems with it so far.

OK, got an update here.
Been trying lots of things, and I figured out I can only play Manager Career with leagues whose seasons start before July, otherwise the game will either crash or get stuck loading Career. Meaning I can't play any European league in the game. I've tried regenerating with FHL-BH and even with CM16's built-in regenerator, but neither worked. Also, I tried using a league ID from FUT and the game crashed when I so much as checked out the ranking table of that league. Oh, and I still can't play Pre-Season Tournaments - once I choose one, the game crashes. And, as stated before, since Player Career doesn't allow for skipping Pre-Season, I can't play Player Career in any form.
This is starting to drive me up the wall, if it hasn't already.

For the sake of elaboration:

I left the game on for 5+ hours and it never moved past this. It doesn't crash, either: the news tickers keep changing and the music keeps rolling normally.

Fifa 16 Crash in career Mode loading page after adding a new team, i added it with Creation Master 16, if I add this file will it solve it ?
