master fildel. i mported from moddingway brazilian players, but give me error and db master nothing accepting the players.txt. i found some fields without values, like 0,1. i write the values and new players, new teams are working. with your convertion i onlyI filled what needed it. and working. soon i share brazilian league only with db file

What xml file do we use with this? Don't you need the db that you create with the converter plus also an xml to edit things in DBMaster? Or am I doing it wrong? (I'm editing tables)

What do you mean, nothing happens? You mean CM 16 doesn't open? Or that you can't load the db files? Or that you can load the files but can't edit the game?

If it doesn't open at all, it means you need to update your Windows components. All editing tools require the latest net framework version, etc. And install/open all tools as administrator.

Guys, just have a question...is it possible already to change the size of the ball to make it bigger by using all these new tools ? Please let me know, thank you.

Thnks for answer, that's a shame because this ball looks so small that is destroying all the immersion for me.

I think EA already updated the size of the ball in their recent updates. It looks a little bit bigger than it used to in a vanilla game. It wasn't mention anywhere, but they knew they fu.ked it, so it was a crucial "cosmetic" improve made in the background.

Do you reckon it as well?

More like a placebo effect. Its still small. But since you said, I'll take a look again. Hopefully its big.

I'm still using the "tiny balls" version of the game. So I ask: How can it be a placebo? It's either bigger, or not bigger, right? What, did they just add a glow around the ball or something?

Oh I thought the meaning of placebo was "You feel like its there but its all in your head" i.e it's just me going crazy and thinking ts big.

And yeah, I played FiFA 18 and then played FiFA 16 for few hours now. The balls are still smaller than testicles. So it really was placebo, or whatever I should call it.

master fidel i made a db importing from moddingway brazilian real players, i tried many times. but many fields of player and teams are in blank.
i deleted fantasy brazialin players, and many others. used your tool and gave me less blank fields, most 0 , 1 to fill . made all with excel and the colums E - N - Q - AG - AV - BF - BU - BX - CM - CT - CX - DD are blank, so i repaired that and it worked fine. i think its limited.
i m looking for make new world club cup. but i searching how create this, in CM16 it ´s so easy

LOL. Yes that's what placebo means. I was just wondering how it could be a placebo if nothing was in fact fixed, and if EA never stated they fixed it. So it sounds more like an internet rumor someone started, and now people think it's been fixed.

Install the pack and then try to run as admin CM16. Bye

Yes is required the xml, but is an already shared things at date/time of this pack.
Download and start editing 18 db with CM16DB18 full tool. Bye

You can now edit and adjust via CM all 18 db values inside two new tables:
- default_teamsheets.txt
- formations.txt
You can finally adjust custom formations settings for every Team in 18 database.

Also included, but optional:
- teamkits.txt
You can adjust via CM all kits settings for every Team in 18 database, like collar type, etc.

New tool are now able to convert (full + teamkits):


UPDATE IN DBM_ECI_T (folder)
- Updated code conversion main exe
- Updated templates for new features
- Updated BASE (editable) converter template folder: \DBM_ECI_T\Data\

- Place \DBM_ECI_T folder in Desktop to avoid tables saving issues.
- Run CM16DB18_FULL_0.8_[D+].exe to enjoy new features.

If you already edited via CM the source 16_DB just import updated tables inside
your db, you can use Db Master. Updated tables are included (check Info folder).

In this screen you can adjust also every player position and rule in the pitch.
Move players with mouse to adjust position.

Releasing this pack I see the bug in formation's names like:
4-3-3 will be called 04/03/2003, don't worry is only the common bug in name generated after opening table in Excel.
Atm you can fix yourself in output converted formations.txt table before import in 18 db.
Or try to change formatting in interested column in BASE file and save. Sincerely I don't know if I'll fix this issue in the future.

I'm not so sure about the stamina levels on that pic. Either those players have really low stamina stats or you've exaggerated it a little. We'll see...

Navigating the frosty editor you can find the ball's 3d meshes and you can export them.
Now I am no experto of 3d editing, so I wonder: is it possible to export the ball mesh increase its size and reimport it?
