Man, should have said earlier. Game is updated and now I'm stuck with garbage lods and who knows what else.

Is there any way to revert back to previous update?

I understand that this problem comes up when Frosty Mod Manager isn't able to inject the codes due to some system restrictions.

I had this problem and what I did is to make sure that I have full permission and access to edit/write in the FIFA 18 folder. So please if you haven't done so yet, try the TAKE OWNERSHIP fix in the FIFA 18 folder. Also make sure you've replaced the bcrypt.dll in the FIFA 18/patch folder AND also in the FIFA 18 root folder and also make sure to replace the FIFA 18/data/initfs_win file with the one Fidel shared in some of his mods.

Once you've done ALL that. Delete the "ModData" folder inside FIFA 18 (if there is any). Reboot your PC, launch FMM as Admin and try again.

Wait... is there any way to play the game without Origin updating the game?.
I haven't opened Origin yet but I'm afraid that if I do, it will automatically update the game.

Is there any other way I can edit BodyTypes?
Bangus showed me away using Moddingway Squad Converter, DB MASTER,etc but it's very tricky. Maybe there's an easier way using Frosty Editor?.

Hello bro, Yes and I'm pretty sure that Frosty Suite will work.
Replace the \FIFASetup - UP4 with \FIFASetup from UP3 files. Is there only a workround problem.
But the problem is: all mods released before that affect legacy structure will no longer work.

and an addon remember this:
FrostySuite_v1.0.3alpha4 has been released and generated based on fifa 18 up3 files,
I hope you understand.

Hello, yes is possible to revert back and downgrade game from up4 to up3.
Also I will not update my game in this week because I'm doing some final mod's testing.

Revert back is very easy anyway I'm not able to try out, but worked in the past, try out:
to rollback to up3 game structure just copy files and folders (from update 3 previously saved) in the main game folder,
check pic below:

to see the differences between com databases. Or check in game how differently are team's stars, and globally will be reduced from default gp version, simulation (suggested to almost all fifa players) to the immersive for users who like slow games.
Or check here in the pic some details, but I suggest to read all informations in the com site.
COM don't include latest player's update.

Shut off auto-updates once in Origin. Rename your main folder FIFA 18X so it doesn't auto-update when you go into Origin.

Hopefully i backup my fifa 18 update 1.3 folder!!! And now everything work again...i 'll wait for a fix for the update.

Thanks! And what will happen when I try to launch the game? Won't Origin require to update before playing, like Steam does with PES?.
I'm asking instead of trying because I'm not home yet. Still at work.

Play while online, yes it will want to update I believe. And it gives you the option to play offline without updating, that's what I do.

You don't need the Converter anymore. Edit the db using the Frosty Editor, exact same process: use DBM and Excel, open the players table and edit the bodytypecode value. Easy and less complicated.
