Scoreboard editing and creating tools for fifa 14 (help post)

Hello. everyone. I need some help in editing and creating scoreboard in fifa 14. I can create the textures and also do some hexing (changing name colour and font) and edit the score but i dont know how to move the time and other stuffs and how to create a new scoreboard and modify it as i want. So.. i was seraching for some softwares that would help me in this.. Like CG file explorer in fifa 16.. So if anyone knows about this.. please help me in this. I am sure to offer you guys some realistic scoreboards .
