hmmm, I know this might be a bit old to talk about but did any of you watch Logan? that movie was pretty grown up, if someone was about to bash me for watching comic book movies :P . It's a movie that really feels like a wolverine movie.

War For The Planet of the Apes - I was really excited to finally see this movie and I'm really disappointed to be honest. I have enjoyed the past Planet of the Ape movies but this one really let me down. The casting of Woody Harrelson made me more disappointed. Not a big fan. I enjoyed one scene though. The one were the Colonel talks to Caesar about War and taking it too personal. The movie wasn't bad guys but I just felt like "meh".

I thought it was the best in the trilogy. It was amazing.

I saw Blade Runner 2049

I gotta say it was one of the finest movies I've seen in recent times, talking about the new ones coming out. Absolute masterpiece. Dennis Villeneuve is a genius.

The actors and acting in general was spot on. Beautiful scenes, cinematography and dialogue.

What I liked about it the most was the fact that it didn't shy away from the original too much, which is usually the case with sequels. It had a very similar feel to it. Ryan Gosling did a great job portraying a younger blade runner.

It also seemed to have certain similar elements from a few other decent movies - Children of Men, Apocalypse Now and a few others. Especially when it came to cinematography.

Also, I'm happy I decided to watch it in a cinema, it left a much more powerful impression to me that way. The original one is one of my favourite science fiction movies, so I had to see it.

There are free music events everywhere, nice bars, and you have easy access to nearby small towns which can have unique experiences. I haven't been enough time in Cartagena/Barranquilla/Santa Marta which are the beach places to tell you what to do there, the best beaches are in Santa Marta, in Cartagena there are great tourist places, like the San Felipe castle, the Rosario islands, and some cool others.

But to me the most fun you would get visiting Colombia would be in the small towns, the architecture is so unique, people are so damn nice, amazing natural locations, rich and different foods, there are little towns that feel taken straight out of a page of 100 years of solitude, it's Colombia at its best in my opinion.

Edit: Cali is also a beautiful place, place of music and partying, I've been there only once but it's a really nice place especially for a party animal like you, food and desserts are amazing. One of the greatest Colombian writers, Andres Caicedo, caleño, wrote an amazing novel, 'Que viva la musica!', it's an amazing book which explores the life in Cali in its music, culture, parties, drugs, places, history, I strongly recommend you reading it to get a good grasp of how everything is there, if you ever have the time, you can find it in some other languages.

I was there three months ago with some friends. We stayed at this hotel full of foreigners. We went to the roof to drink some beers and there was an american smoking pot, we started talking and he shared some with us. After that, the night went crazy and we visited four brothels. The girls there are incredible, especially in the last one we were, it was really expensive but oh man, those bitches are stunning. A girl was doing us a show, and she did this really weird thing with an ice cube, she put it in her vagina and then pop it out like a champagne cork, fucking nuts, but this crazy ass dude who was hanging out with us picked it up and fucking ate it! He fucking ruined my night after that.

So, if you ever decide going there you won't regret it, even walking down any street, your eyes will be satisfied for days.

Recently I went to a strip joint myself with a mate of mine. We got really drunk over there.. 10e to get in, and you had to tip the gals every now and again.

There was this really cute and hot blonde Russian (who incredibly spoke English better than Estonian, so I mostly talked to her in it).. We talked for long and in the end I got so drunk that I asked her for a private dance lol. It was all cool haha. I don't know if this is normal, but for some reason I fall really easily for girls.. And she was 9/10.. You have no idea how beautiful Russians are. I was disaappointed later on that I didn't ask for her number lol. She was the same age as me too, 27, which was cool. And absolutely fluent in English.

And you know, there were many people looking for coke over there. Asked me and my friend, pointing to his nose.. So we joined forces and asked the girls over there, then ever the lady who was behind the bar serving drinks. Considering the fact that you aren't just going to ask for "coke".. I asked for "sleeping medicine".. She told me yeah I can give you clonazepam (klonopin/rivotril) heh..

And the other guy wasn't so discreet, gave some girl 35 euros for a small dance just on the couch. And when she went away he yelled "can you bring me 3 or 5 drinks for that amount of money"? He wasn't. The guy was asking literally for cocaine as well, as well as us. Seemed like some rich dude. Damn I have a deja vu right now for some reason.

So finally, we were quite blasted, later on some dude was sitting next to us and I desperately asked if the guy had a line or two.. Said yes, alright, "come to the bathroom with me I'll prepare some"... Then discovered that it was in his Carlos*et pocket, which he had left in another club.. Gave me the thingie (number) to go and get it, but the joint was closed. So we brought it back to the guy, and that was about it. A little night cap with my friend in another place after that, and off to home I went. Slept for like 3 hours and randomly managed to get perico 1,5g.. The fucking stuff lasted me and my mates until 3-4 AM or something. Quality. But the problem is I just cannot go to sleep. It's always this problem with this. I drank a bottle of rosa wine quickly, but no help.. And now I'm sitting here like a fool thinking what to do.. I tried to go to sleep, but couldn't.

I've nodded it down a bit regarding drinking and all that, but during this weekend things got a bit of out of hand.

Normally I don't frequent such joints, but it was a nice and elegant place with good music and pretty girls. And my mate dragged me into there, so we spent quite a lot of money. But it's the first time for everything.

Really, the weather is shoddy depending on the time and there's not much to see here imo. Maybe you'd think differently since there's this expression that "grass is always greener on the other side", and people might appreciate some difference instead of something they're used to seeing everyday. Which is pretty much true.

Trust me, nobody would try to do that, why on earth? Have you had any bad experiences in the past? Because I'm telling you, if somebody tried to mess with you they'd be in trouble.

I know you're joking but people here are generally nice and you'd probably get a lot of pussy being a Colombian here. No kidding. The ladies here have a thing for latinos. And when necessary I'd obviously help you out when it comes to what ever.. The time when I was supposed to meet Sir_Didier_Drogba I was drinking too much and couldn't have made it.. We were supposed to see a shoddy Estonian football match together, but yeah you know all the ordeal, maybe. In all seriousness I didn't plan on for drinking for a week, I even got some painkillers just in case if I needed them in order to meet him (in order to function and get rid of my hangover).. But really I was in a bad shape back then and it was of no help. Then some evening he asked me what I was doing, but considering I'm quite shy and my hangovers last for like 3 days or so.. I wasn't really feeling up for it, right now I'm much better when it comes to socializing people. And I don't drink so much anymore.

But I think I'll make it to Colombia before you make it to Estonia. It's just nice to hear that there are such great people out there like you.

Why isn't the forum more active? Sepak, Sir_Didier_Drogba, Alex, Arnau, Mus, ShiftyPowers, Hisashi, Filipower, Massive, Nady, Carlos etc should post more, let's make it active again. Who cares about some FIFA editing, when there is football and off topic stuff to talk about?

Well, obviously I like drugs once in awhile, but I don't do anything else from you know what. And it would feel really weird doing that kind of stuff over there. Dunno. I don't really care for that, for some reason it would probably feel wrong doing it over there. I'd rather much enjoy just being there. It's a very big dream of mine.

Your old university had a lot of drug people?

And you know what, I had this great idea. Next year it's World Cup, it's in Russia. And I hope Colombia gets into some group that has some match in St. Petersburg. It's not that far way and I would absolutely love to see the team playing live. I've never seen a big football match in all truth. Except for some local club getting trashed by Ipswitch Town and Derby Country in the beginning of the noughties. If you can call them big matches in all truth, they were friendly matches afterall.

You might already know that I'm a huge fan of your country's football team (I watch every match, follow how the players are doing in their respective teams, etc), and it would be a another dream of mine seeing them play at the World Cup. It's something I'm thinking about.
