No mate, unfortunately it looks like the model file does not control the position of the managers and the bench players. Their position is controlled by something else, and i have no idea what does that.
Some guidance for the new vertex coloring now:
Name the layers whatever you like, it does not matter . The script simply expects the first color map to be the Mode 0 paint (Normal map).
There are some new paint modes which i am going to describe in detail in a post in my blog. I'll repost it here for more information. The additional modes are used to fully emulate objects around the pitch mainly. They receive more realistic lighting and they can have shadows from now and on from the various props as well
