Fun...an 18 year old guy I bought on friday (4 shooting, 4 Ball control, 2 speed and some others) gained a ball in stamina on monday...not that I'm complaining.

yay! My youth got his 4th ball shooting today, and he's still only 15 years old! He's also got 4 balls play intelligence, 2 ball control and others!

edit I have a 7 ball shooting coach training with him aswell... I'm really hoping he'll be a star for the future!

10k at most. coaches only stay at one station so all the other stats are just there to make him look good

Yeah, there's no point of getting an all around good coach. A coach that has 8 in shooting and 6 in everything else is just as good as on with 8 in shooting and 1 in everything else.

My youth that arrived today is terrible but he is 17; Does that mean he will exit the youth program at the season's end? I hope so.....

I average 0 a week, and two if I'm lucky. Never more. Is there a problem? The coaches I have have 4 balls whereas the players have 1-3. What more can I do to get them training well with my coaches? The coaches haven't made a single difference - it's the people without coaches who are progressing.
What the hells up with that?

I average some 3-4 a week, I have mad-ass A-class coaches and 16 youths, so consider yourself lucky
