I can to get a complete list of every national team real name stadium and to asign the most similar fifa stadium default. We could to add some stadium from Guimatoss like Jose Alvalade for Portugal, La Bombonera for Argentina or Parken Stadion for Denmark.
I don't get it... you have already created 2 popups/scoreboards/wipes changers. why a new one, just with the name of World Tour and only the international stuff in it...?
Mate you have chance to play your different tournaments with different scoreboards and popups...
If you create some World cup tournament you can choose World cup popup and scoreboard to be more realistic,when you create EURO you can use EURO 2012 popup and sb to be more realistic...so what is unclear???
And new Changer is becuase this is especially for World Tour patch...

Thats impossible to know until we understand the file structure. If FIFA 13 is like FIFA 12 or more complex it will be possible but very difficult. Its able to be done in this years game but everyone has made their patches and they are tired of editing.
