Possible to edit files in running career mode?

I have a question if its possible to edit faces or maybe minifaces to make it appear in already running carreer mode? Could It be possible? I am familiar with CM 12 but not with hexeditors...

about minifaces, they will appear normally. but don't expect the same from faces, cause it's about DB editing (except the graphical part), which makes that impossible to be visible in your running career save.

In fifa 11 is possible to change many aspects of graphics assigned to a team during an ongoing career; things like fonts, kits (even adding alternate kits), adboards, etc. Is all that possible in fifa 12 to?

everything that doesn't involve DB editing (such as kits, minis, flags, banners, adboards, graphics that contain just replacement in general), will be visible in an ongoing career. but adding faces, a GK kit or maybe a third, or p.e. assigning a boot to a player, those changes won't be applied on your career save. that's it because new entries-lines are added in the DB. I hope I was helpful enough..
