Hey man I think it'll be better if you pay a lot of your attention at whole face texture, not only eyes and forehead like you've made in Gerrard, I've tried all faces from your previous pack and should say that Boateng is right now your best work, liked you Chamakh and not bad M'Vila, Zambrotta don't like a lot, you've changed his eyebrows and forehead and his expression looks bad, also didn't like your Zhirkov, you've added some face texture but they are not the same color as his original texture and a little bit lighter, Amelia is also so ... so.
I think your main problem is that in your last textures you're trying to improve some part of faces, just try to rework the whole face from photo, not just eyes and forehead, maybe leave beard from original texture if it's good but rework the whole texture, sorry for critic but it's my opinion.
And by the way - your Boateng is really nice and also nice Chamakh and also I liked M'Vila but he needs better beard at my opinion.
