I also think it's not so realistic as EA's and as in real life, not bad variant but looks a little bit strange.

I've updated a little bit your texture 1. - made left side of his face more darker - similar to right side, 2. - fix his left eyebrow. 3. - fix his left side of lip.
After some fixes.
