7 subs is better than 4, it allows differing formations for a long season, and better substitutions (assistants will be managing). Next, I don't think morale should be reset for every game, teams go through ups and downs in a season. Ditto for injury proneness. Players will be healthy for all games, but getting injured in a game will still be an issue. Fixtures can be controlled by putting the clubs in a customized league where games are played every Sunday, and only on Sunday, with no cup (or maybe a cup?). Players could all be retired from International Football as well.
Your way is better but it requires slightly more work and more rounds of selecting. And I had in mind a manager (us) watching the game but have the assistant simulate is much quicker now that you posted it.
So, it's settled on FM only? I kinda liked the voting phase, not so much the voting but I loved reading your guys opinions and reviews of the teams, that was the most fun.. well that and the drafting itself.
And also.. I don't know **** about FM

Definitely want FIFA done again as it was actually more fun for me than the voting stage, loved watching the simulated matches. also FM is a must do this time, don't be a lazy **** Dan

Yeah yeah. If someone else will run the voting comp it would be much easier for me to do the editing and sims in FM... By the time the voting got done I was burned out after like 2 months of thinking about the draft every day.
Yeah, I agree. I think it'd have to be done almost simultaneously and right after the actual draft, because near the end I had a hard time keeping interested.
