I think kitmakers shoul make desin templates of the real kit brands such as Adidas, Nike, Umbro, Puma etc and send them to Rinaldo so KDM can produce official kits as well because right now the designs are pretty much random/unofficial.
Contributions may be .bmp or .png files to be used as templates for the kits as well as logos to apply on the kit. Templates are part of the kit drawn in "conventional colors" that the tool remaps to the real desired color. The concept is explained in the help of the KDM itsel.

The beta is quite stable. There is a short but (I hope) clear help and, muchmore, you cannot damage anything in your game using this tool. Try it without any concern.

Well, this is not exctly what I had in mind. You have added shadows while the template should be without shadows but in uniform "conventional colors". KDM introduces a smooth filter automatically (it can be improved if not good enough). Fifaccittiu reported that the problem is to draw the links of the jersey in detail so he asked for an additional layer but I still don't have info about fow this new layer should be.
