I would download the WE07 patch but I have a question, WE2008 seems totally kick@ss. Will it be compatible for Fifa 07 or is it strictly for 08? It would be wonderful if you could make it for 07 also, for those of us that see no point in buying 08 which is just FIFA 07 v2.0 for PC.

the update is designed for FIFA 07, I am not yet working on any update for FIFA 08.
A god? Why thank you! It was only a couple of days ago I was accused of believing myself to be a god because of what I do...the guy was trying to wind me up...but maybe I am one? lol, I wish.
Ok some news;
*Ball physics are re-designed for rain-weather for ultimate realism. Ball bounce on passing is very realitic.
*Hacking down players' from behind is much more risky and will result in red-cards more often. Bad pushes inside the box will cause penalty kicks more often also.
Thanks for the feedback guys, WE2008 is growing and growing. It actually feels like a new game! Progress has come really far now, it's exciting.
Mate, if this patch is supposed to make the gameplay similar to PES or the next-gen fifa, then I can say that we are all eagerly waiting for it!!
But I wanted ask a few more questions. First off, is will the pace of the gameplay be slowed down more? For example I hate it when a player has the ball and suddenly everybody from the opposing team runs towards him...it's not realistic. Are we going to see players walking on the picth due to fatigue, or will they still run nonstop?
And also, is this patch GUARNTEED to imporve gameplay? Because I have read some posts in which people complained that it made the AI more stupid, not smarter...I wonder why...

FIFA 08 on PC is WONDERFULL. The Gameplay and AI is much better than stupid FIFA 07 with any patch. Not more Arcade!!!!!!!!! I love FIFA 08 on PC.

The CPU close down quicker, taking away easy passing options and runs, but they don't throw all men forward either so you get that feeling that you have time to pass. The game is more midfield based rather than end-to-end. the CPU may have a few cheap shots in now and then, realistically. I think that's right. real teams do when they find space, players' hit it. The shot mechanic is hard to master now.
games are slower, resulting in less real chances created by both sides. You can of course pop in a scorcher, that of which I did today on semi-pro for a 16 min match V germany as England. was losing 2-0 upto 81st min and got some space with gerrard and BANG straight in top corner from pretty far out. I jumped out my chair!! But after that Germany threw everyone into defence and I couldn't get into their half properly cause they kept shutting me off and trying to make it 3-1, they didn't do it but I still lost 2-1. great game.
I then loaded up the same match only on legendary and was losing in the 1st half 4-0 lol. I didn't play the 2nd half. the cpu is much better I believe then my past efforts. they have the attack, but now more then ever they have the defence.

NK your gameplays updates for Fifa 07 are very good. But, i think what FIFA 08 is better than 07. Is my opinion, without offend. No Problem.

Hope you have tuned the Legendary difficulty nicely so that i feels like legendary and i still say i would like a beta version of it before the final release just to be sure everything is fine.

NK as this is your last patch for 07 how long do you expect it will be before we see you on the 08 circuit? Only 1 week till 08 is released here and really i dont mind too much bout the graphics but im hoping it wont be too long before we have your magic touch ingame as well.
