Samir Nazri from Marseille is a brilliant player. He starts at 75 & after about 5 seasons he is 90-95.

Leon Clarke (ST) from wolverhampton is amazing. I sarted a manager mode with fulham fc, and I was looking for some backups. Clarke is a 21 year old striker and he was only rated a 68. I bought him hoping he would get into the mid 70's, but he grows in talent by 4 points per year for 5 years. He gets all the way up to an 88. I only payed 4 million for him and pay him about 15 thousand per game.
