Not helped a lot, but thanks anyway Federico. I´m actually using the preset 2, which came along in installation. FXAA Tool presents remarkable results without frame loss... and works with ATI cards too.
Fifa 12 with very low detail and great graphic filters. Stays as a nice tip for who unawares this program.

I was only using FXAA to sharpen graphics (a lot) because I couldn't find any cool configuration to enhance colors and whatnot. So if you want, share your settings and add a few screenshots
I'm currently also looking for some way to add some saturation to certain colors. I'm trying to ONLY saturate/enhance green colors to make turfs look better. But I can find any app that will do that. I wish it could be achieve through RNA.INI
Did you copy the d3d9.dll file? Do you have D3DOverrider? If you do close it and make sure the process isn't stil running, then try play the game again.

5 minutes/half in career mode is too much for me.. i would be very happy if i could play with 2 minutes per half or even 1 ... so i searched on google patches but i didn't found anywhere ...
