Play Off problem

Hello guys!

I'm currently creating the dutch second division. The league is almost finished, everthing works except one thing.
I've got problems with the promotion play-offs. Does anyone wants to help me with my problem?

The Relegation Places of Dutch Division 1 league are 3 (The bottom team will be relegated. Teams ranked 16th and 17th will play with 8 teams in the second division in a playoff to decide on two promotion places.)

I know what the system is, that's not the problem. But to get it working is the problem. At the end of the season when the game determines the cup qualifiers, the game crashes...
