Creation Centre 2006 does not run?

Hello,
I have been trying for 3 days to get Creation Centre 2006 to work. Earlier it never used to run. I had Microsoft .net framework 2 at that time but no 1.1. I thought maybe it requires .net 1.1 so I installed it also. Now, I get the following error:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x6d0 (1744), Thread id=0x270(624)

Everytime I try again the error remains same but numbers change:
Process id=0x24c (588), Thread id=0xe3c (3644) and so on.

Does it run only if there is .net framework 1.1 but no .net 2?
I have no patches installed on my fifa 2006.

Please help me out. I just want to make my own club.

I don't know why it isn't working for you but framework 2.0 by itself is fine. 1.1 would serve no purpose on your comp to my knowledge.

Have you thought about upgrading to fifa 07? the game itself is great and a considerable upgrade to fifa 06. as well rinaldo made an amazing editor for it called CM 07. long term it may be a better option. Just a thought.

I am saving up my pocket money to buy fifa 07. But it seems distant and by the time I get the opportunity, ea might release fifa 08.

However, so many people have used CC06 and created their patches. Why can't I have some fun? Please help me anyone who knows its requirements or so. Does it not work if my Fifa 06 is installed in a different path than the usual "CProgram Files\EA Sports\Fifa 06"?
