Player search problem

Hi,

I am new here, so pleased to meet everyone.

I was a huge football manager fan until the latest instalment, so I decided to give FIFA manager 11 a go.

I much prefer this to football manager, but the problem I have is trying to search for players. It may be something easy but can't find how to fix it.

When I click transfers and then player search, the only players on the list are from England, I have looked in the search criteria and all seems ok. The only way to see other leagues is to change the critera to say Spain for example. It does say all but still only finds players from England.

Is there a way to do a player search so I can see all players from all leagues on the same screen?

I have the same problem as described above, anyone with a solution or is it just the way the game works??
