You're saying when you try to change the crowd textures of the stadium through CM10, you are getting an error message?
I've been finding a lot of bugs in some of those CM10 stadium tabs. like for example, i tried to edit a stadium specific texture. (it's a scoreboard in the corner of a stadium) i exported the png, edited it, and re-imported it, and after saving my db, the new file did not take into effect. when i re-opened CM10 and went there it was the original one.
so there are obviously a lot of bugs in CM10. (mowing patterns sometimes don't work, some texture options in some of the CM10 stadium tabs don't work - either give errors the export / import buttons don't actually overwrite original textures or png files when you save.)
In terms of the patch id value when you import patches, you can't seem to choose which stadium id the stadium goes into. at times i've had to move other stadium ids around to allow a 2nd version of a stadium to be imported. at times stadium ids are taken up and you sometimes have to go into DBM10 to check to see which stadium ids are free.
