This is unacceptable!!! You have 24 hours to come clean and apologize and be all like "Sorry Andrei, won't happen again.. I messed up.. wanted it to be green.. etc"

If not I will do my own investigation and will show no mercy for the unfortunate soul. I already have a list of suspects.

              Here steps:
              1. Delete everything except for LocalContent in CProgramData\Origin.

              2. Delete everything in CUsers\[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Local\Origin and CUsers\[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\Origin.

              3. Windows Key+R will open the Run window. type "regedit",
              go to HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\GraphicsDrivers.
Create DWORD Value, name it: TdrDelay
Modify it to decimal and give the value 15.
              Restart PC

I'm getting this as well, just on journey, on my R9 380. Think it might be an issue with Frostbite as I also get this on BF1. Will try Sorincocor19's fix tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

It didn't work no but what did was to install older drivers, which for some reason no works. How to go back to ones from June. I would say try the same but I'm on an AMD GPU. In all honesty your GPU isn't great, perhaps an upgrade is in order? Even just a GPU, provided you have a decentish PSU you can get a 1050Ti which doesn't need external power to run, its run off the power gained from the motherboard.
EDIT: Just tried to play BF1, game id down to like 20 fps. Why? Because I'm using an optimized drivers from June. Lets see if EA can do anything....
