FIFA 16 Editing Discussion Thread (Please Read Before Creating A Thread)

    insights on the kits in fifa16

    As, I imagine, many of you have noticed,
    with the FileLoader you are unable to view
    images contained in the kit's new rx3 files.

    I suppose then they have been changed,
    or at least, it has changed the compression system,
    Unfortunately I never managed to run rx3master
    (hangs always on my win 8.1) so as to have further
    confirmation.

    While the kits prepared for fifa15 seem compatible
    and display correctly in most cases,
    it is equally true that there is something new...
    as demonstrated by an experiment that you can try in your turn:

    When you add a third kit to real madrid,
    the operation returns a shirt perfectly transparent
    when viewed up close (shorts and socks appear normally)
    This happens either when you use a kit built for 15,
    both when you duplicate one of the 16. Note also that
    the same files used as Inter third kit they work perfectly.

                        Has anyone had any luck modding the season in the demo or getting the new weather types? ie. hazy, partly cloudy, foggy, random variable rain showers and variable flurries.

                        I have tried changing the weather and season values in the db/fifasettings column but they don't seem to have an effect this year.

                                You should not modified the fifadb for the last one.
                                In CM there are strings defined, so they should also be available for tweaking in game.
                                An no.. since there is no wiki available with info about strings, you just have to find out yourself.
